A few drinks
My highlight of the past week has been a return to drinking water (down the throat style, like most people) and starting with some eating (sloppy dairy food, of course).
On Monday I had a training session with specialist Kate, and picked up useful tips on the eating and drinking process, and how to avoid getting it down my lungs.
Feels very good to be drinking water again. The grass is greenest where it's watered. I'm not quite ready to scull a bottle yet - maybe after a couple of weeks' practice...
